Q: I have received my order but the SIZE is wrong. What do I do?
A: Find our measuring guides HERE and measure our client as accurately as possible. Determine if you need the next size up or down and the follow the instructions in our return policy HERE.

4. INTERNATIONAL (Outside South Africa) - AIRMAIL: Standard with Tracking @ $5.00USD - Please allow +- 4 weeks for delivery.
5. INTERNATIONAL (Outside South Africa) - EXPRESS COURIERS: Door to Door couriers @ $56.00USD - Please allow +- 4 days for delivery.
6. INTERNATIONAL (Outside South Africa) - FREE SHIPPING: Order MUST Exceed $75.00USD - Please allow +- 4 weeks for delivery unless we've shipped via express couriers which takes 4 days.
International Orders: Duties & Taxes
Additional International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) may be charged upon delivery. The receiver of products will be responsible for additional fees. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country.
Q: Can I select a currency besides USD?
A: Yes, you can select to see prices in ZAR. Select the R sign on the top right corner of the website next to the Check Out box.
Q: I've chosen to see prices in ZAR but when I check out it converts to $USD?
A: No need to worry. Our shops default currency is $USD and at check out the ZAR price will automatically convert to the current USD price as displayed. You will not pay more than you would have in ZAR currency; it's a live conversion.
Q: How can I pay for my purchase?
A: This site uses PayPal, PayFast & Direct Bank Transfers.
PLEASE NOTE: PayPal is not available for orders from South Africa.

A: Doggie Hillfigher does not have a physical retail Boutique, for your convenience we have built this site. We do however have a large network of retail partners that we can refer you to.
